- According to the Miss Oregon program for 1965 Evelyn Ida Mason went by Evie. She graduated from Parkrose High School and attend Portland State University for 2 years. She was 19 yo when she was selected to represent Gresham at the Miss Oregon pageant. Her talent was dance. Miss Hillsboro at the right of the photo is Maureen Elizabeth Bassett, 18 yo at the time of the pageant. She was a graduate of Saint Mary of the Valley Academy. Sue Pack is in the center and was crowned Miss Oregon in 1965. She was Miss Eugene in 1965 and graduated from South Eugene High School.
