- Donated by Roscoe "Ross" Fanning's estate, or by Fanning himself shortly before his death in 1989. Fanning was a local auto dealer who was heavily involved in civic life in Gresham and Multnomah County, as well as the Boy Scouts of America. Contemporary news articles indicate he became chairman of the Tax Supervising and Conservation Commission at some point during his term. The commission, which is made up of appointed citizens, analyzes and oversees the budgets of agencies in Multnomah County.
