- Found in collections. Alfred Thompson was a pastor at the Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church in Gresham from 1905 to 1908, during which time he helped the congregation build the Linnemann Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church. His home was built in 1908 by Jake Metzger, who built many homes in Gresham. The house is now on Gresham's Historic and Cultural Landmarks list.
